How often will I get my bill?
Residential customers will be billed approximately every two months. Non-residential customers will be billed every month.

How can I pay my bill?
You can pay your bill in a few ways:
- Direct Debit from a bank account or Visa or Mastercard, which you can set up via MyAccount
- One-off payments via MyAccount from a Visa / Mastercard / American Express
- BPay from a bank account or Visa / Mastercard
Payments from bank accounts are fee-free, while payments from credit cards attract fees.

How do I set up an account with you?

Will I be metered individually?
Yes, all premises are individually metered.

Am I eligible for the government rebate?
Residential Customers:
You may be eligible for a credit through if you incurred electricity costs for residential purposes as an owner-occupier or tenant on 17 June 2024.
Further, you will not be eligible if, among other reasons, you were a Synergy or Horizon Power customer or if you were not incurring electricity costs on 17 June 2024.
Please refer to www.wa.gov.au/government/publications/household-electricity-credit for full details of the eligibility criteria and how to apply for the credit by 30 November 2024.
You will need to apply to RevenueWA for payment of the credit, because you are supplied with electricity through an embedded network by Enpowered.
RevenueWA will pay the credit directly to your bank account.

Small businesses or charities that are eligible are those that, among other criteria, consume less than 50 megawatt hours (50 MWh or 50,000 kilowatt hours) per year, hold a valid ABN as a small business or charity on 17 June 2024 and be incurring electricity costs on 17 June 2024.
The State Government has advised that if you operate a small business from home you should apply for the $700 Household Electricity Credit from RevenueWA: please refer to the above.

How do I close my account?
You can move out and close your account quickly and easily online through MyAccount.

I want to rent out my apartment – what do I need to do?
You should close out your account with us when you are ready to move out and you know your move out date. Note that if you do not close out your account, you will continue to be responsible for electricity consumption and other charges at the premises.
You can close your account with us through MyAccount.
The new tenant will then need to set up a new electricity account with us via MyAccount.

Who is Enpowered?
Enpowered is a wholly owned subsidiary of Hesperia.
Enpowered develops projects and services to help WA through the energy transition and make renewable energy achievable for everyone.

How much money will I save on my electricity bill?
Compared to only having solar, the home battery would save the typical 4x2 household about $950 to $1050 a year on their power bill (excluding the subscription cost).
The savings will vary based on your usage and the size of your solar system.

How does a battery reduce my carbon emissions?
A 13.7kWh battery and suitable solar system enables the typical household to meet over 90% of their total energy requirements from solar and reduce carbon emissions by 4-5 tons each year.

How much is the subscription fee?
The subscription fee is $125 per month for regular customers, and $62.50 per month for Rivermark residents.
Rivermark residents receive a discount because they are being subsidised by the estate developer.

What is the upfront cost?
There is no upfront cost for customers of the Solar Maximiser Service.
The cost to install a comparable battery can vary between $12,000 to $15,000

How long is the contract?
The Solar Maximiser Service is a no lock in contract, but you will need to pay a removal fee to cover the cost of having the battery removed from your premises (advised on application), if you decide to cancel your subscription.
The removal fee will be waived for Rivermark residents who did not realise a net saving. -
How big is the battery?
The battery has 13.7 kWh of energy storage, this capacity has been specifically chosen to maximise the amount of renewable electricity being used in a typical 4x2 home and achieve the best savings.
The battery consists of three cell packs, which together measures 1.4m wide x 70cm high x 24cm deep.
Our installers will conduct a home visit to choose the best location for your home battery, this will usually be in or near the garage.

What size solar do I need?
You must have at least 6.3kW of roof top solar to join the Solar Maximiser Service.
If you don’t have any solar already installed, our installation partners will be able to help you choose a suitable solar system.
Please contact our team if you have less than 6.3kW of solar currently installed, as you may still be eligible.

Are batteries safe to use in my home?
The Q.HOME battery has been designed to meet the highest safety standards and the solution uses the latest in battery technology.
Q CELLS batteries use Samsung SDI Lithium-Ion battery cells which have been distributed and operating successfully in over 50 countries since 2010.
This is the same battery technology that has been used in the world’s biggest commercial solar power storage facility, the Hornsdale Power Reserve in South Australia.
